Only 1 batsmen didn't get a start here, so pitch must be pretty good. Outfield quick also, suggests that this is easily chaseable. 1.35 definately too short given that, and rain about suggests an advantage to the chasing team. Thunder around suggests either way they will be going for it early. Much more upside in laying TT here as quick runs will see the odds shoot out quick smart, especially if they do go off, which seems very likely.
