OK So I am not saying they are 100% going to win but I think they are very overpriced at 7/1 - last 3 tournaments they have been runners up, winners, and very unlucky to lose semi finalists. They also have the best T20 bowling line up in world cricket perfectly suited to sub continent conditions and powerful batsman... obviously they are also prone to the odd collapse but when the World Cup comes around they are always there...

I will be all over Pakistan against England if they meet each other. England play spin about as well as the Aussies

think you'll find Eng have an excellent T20 record vs Pak in recent years.
won at the 2009 T20 WC at Lords in the 1st group stage. hammered em in fact
won at the 2010 WC in the 2nd group stage
Drew 1-1 in UAE in 2010
beat em 2-0 at home in 2010
Won 2-1 in the UAE this year
I make that 8-2 to eng.

Interesting Lix. I just cant get the images of Ajmal terrorising us in the test series out of my head. I will change my stance to it being a low scoring game dominated by the bowlers and will trade accordingly
Pak do have an amazing bowling attack but can see them being dismissed for 100 chasing 130 in a crunch game. Batting always shaky.
Also some of the pitches wont be like UAE which were spinning square and will be flattish so Ajmal may not be as effective (1-30 against Ajmal will be a success against some teams) against the good players of spin. Can see India or Lanka knocking out Pak if they get the chance
Personally my 4 semis are Windies, Lanka, 2 out of India/Saffers/Pak.

Price has adjusted now its about right so greening out and siding with england who are a ridiculous 9/1 - They are the champions and number 1 ranked side in the world and have the easier side of the draw!
Just done my prices for the tournament and Pakistan and England stand out. The others seem priced right apart from West Indies who are making my market as I would have them at a much biger price. Cue a West Indies win.
fancy lanka on home soil brav. will make the semis and prob trade heavy odds on at some point if not make the final (where they would be 2.2sp max) - missed the 6.5 which i'm not happy about, have plenty of 6.2 and lower tho
