Is it safe to come out ?

Bell was the key. With him gone we will be done and dusted in the next hour and well before tea. can't even see England getting ahead of SA now.

I would n;t get a kick in a stampede and the best advice was one given earlier by PJ, take the dog for a walk and come back to the computer when it is all over.
How are SA still 1.25 BTW?

Like everyone I heard a noise and thought I saw deviation, but problem is there was no actual evidence  from the tools assigned to detect it !

Bring in Snickometer.

you lost a bmw in this match, and you call yourself a pro.  no doubt to pay off your debt you will need to become a pro.  a pro--stitute.

Poor from Broad there. Test Cricket is the last Bastion of Gentlemanly conduct in the game. Umpire wanted to give it out but Broad would not move.

The end is nigh now, we are on the brink

Evidence? - forgetting the noise and deviation for a moment, the clear white mark on his glove on hot spot is about as conclusive as it gets.  if they don't give those out, they may as well put the technology back in the cupboard.

My poor old eyes didn't see the mark on the glove.

Bert07 some day I will have time and I will relate my story on here on the recording facility that oncourse bookmakers use to record bets for disputes.

It is on the subject of your last post and is the best of all time. Keep an eye out for it

IT is  GSM .I layed the over hyped no.1 pretenders england from the start and backed SA at huge 19s when cook and trott were going on day 1. nice steyn is the man leagues better than anderson and broad . stats dont lie. and that ball abso crashed into broads glove the umpire should have stuck him to move on. it was that blatant , the only evidence you need is two eyes

The ultimate flat track bully of them all Dale Steyn takes 5 and could well be 6 as he will stay in now. Needed him mind.

This is what this victory was, a victory for the flat track bully. Amazing a pitch like this could occur after the summer we have had

Well there's still some 1.01 there on SA to win, that is surely a value back.
By:
RafterP1
When: 23 Jul 12 15:25
yeah but to make it worth while u need to back with big money and the chances of doing it 100 times in a row are slim... if you backed 80 1.01 winners in a row and the 81st was a gubbing then you would be massively out of pocket
By:
Biscuit1979
When: 23 Jul 12 15:30
Yes true but i would guess that any big hitters consistently backing 1.01s for big money are definitely in profit

Can't imagine there have been too many 1.01 test match gubbings
By:
West Coast Eagles
When: 23 Jul 12 15:30
has there ever been a 1.01 test match gubbing?
By:
RafterP1
When: 23 Jul 12 15:31
no but people who back 1.01s dont only do it on cricket they do it on all kinds of sports and there are a lot more 1.01 gubbings than people think
