I guess that is the attraction of Test Cricket particularly for us punters/traders. I am more punter than trader but will take a little profit here on 1.66 to 1.3 for just wicket. The felling of a wicket is almost like a bloodletting, you don't get that kind of feeling in the other formats of the game.
I know punting 1.3 is asking for trouble but I genuinely fail to see how England can cope with this. We are approaching the tail now and almost every ball bowled now is threatening the stumps. Everything I feel I know about cricket tells me that conditions are perfect here for South Africa. They might be chokers but they know how to fillet an opponent when they are on the ropes and England are surely that now. 1.66 this morning was a huge price |

massive partnership this tho..

Agree there Kingmax. Been waiting for Bell all the time. He is the key, get him and the rest will fall like skittles imo. They will get him eventually but he could bat a while, he is well able to

I can see why people are taking them on. To watch it one would think yeah OK England are knocking off the odd 4 and Prior in particular is well set now.
However for anyone just tuning in and to any professional every single fibre of your being tells you that there is no way in the world that England can survive here. Thankfully I am going to a meeting now for an hour. Another wicket before Lunch please SA |

By:
is there a 2 over change of innings as well?
|
|
By:
we won't need the change over innings england won't reach a lead here they'll be bowled out
|
|
By:
yes. if england score at 3 an over which of course they might not being in defensive mode they'd be safe with about 10 overs left. that would leave the saffers 90 off 7 or 8 overs
|

Getting frustrating now. Been away from it for 45 mins or so only to see no improvement. Saw it on replay and I think Kallis dropping Tahir has done for Tahir. I think his bowling now is upsetting the SA rhythm and he needs to come off until later on. England look sure to last until lunch now and confidence will be building.
As someone who was on Adam Scott yesterday and being refused an EW bet on Els at 25/1 yesteday morning and leaving it I know that there is nothing that this game will not do to you on occasion. Got a bad feeling now for some reason. Think the pep is going from the Saffers |
|
By:
gone from 1.33 to 1.48 in the space of 6 overs. Thinks' there will be a few twists and turns throughout the day

By:
thank you shane.
he neither tried to cut it nor drive it. it was a foul shot, not because the ball wasn't there to be hit, but because he executed it so poorly. and that's the criticism. |
|
By:
I am starting to unwind my position now at 2.8. Game gone a bit smelly for me now and starting to remind me of day 3. The Tahir drop a killer imo and the difference between 2.8 and 28 at this stage.
Anything other than a SA win a loser for me but have to unwind a bit now at 2.8 to live to fight another day. At times one wonders what you have to do to win money punting |
|
By:
lustrumm son bad move sa are certs here
there is no doubt they will win |
|
By:
I think the new ball will be the next opportunity to attack the SA price
i have taken a bit out for now also. patience is the key here |
