Both the teams have won their last match and both are pretty inconsistent in their prior outings so that makes it a equal chances. Hence, it will be an interesting match and there will be an lots of option to trade-out-Green throughout the match.
However, looks like essex has an edge over middlesex to win the match. Whats your take?
monster system on its way from the west ...will it hit ?? and when will it hit ?? what do you reckon ?
reckon we get at least the 5 overs for the result , but almost certain to be D/L affected

This is utterly disgusting I mean I fancied Essex but then the prices went crazy and I felt the only value was on Middlesex clearly not, even at home they are a disgrace

Just like that game Sussex threw against Kent last year.
As soon as the game started, money poured in for essex, their price kept dropping for dot balls.
Middx dropped dolly catches, watched boundaries sail past them, then Denly, Rogers and Malan just lobbed the ball into the air or offered it straight to fielders with pinpoint accuracy.

mainly because a lot of county batsman don't understand it and a lack of top class international level players.
could get some good fixtures with surrey, somerset and essex.
it's mostly very ordinary.mainly because a lot of county batsman don't understand it and a lack of top class international level players.could get some good fixtures with surrey, somerset and essex.
sounds horrid screaming, that sussex v kent game was disgusting. i lost a small amount on it due to my naivety and believing county cricket surely wasn't ****.
Thing that worries me about this match is that there aren't any dodgy overseas players to influence the county players, Kaneria, Vincent, Goodwin etc. Which mean it's starting to come from within which is potentially very dangerous long-term

problem is, that much like the england set-up, it seems you need to earn your spurs in the ODIs before you do the tests and that's a gig butcher is never going to get.

The only difference between us is you say it's poor, and I say it's poor and the market knew it would be poor before it became so.
We both agree it's poor, Injera. The only difference between us is you say it's poor, and I say it's poor and the market knew it would be poor before it became so.
Screaming - the market was biased towards Essex from the start. It wavered a touch after the toss I think because of possible rain helping the side batting second.
Sometimes as you know, the market is incredib;y dogmatic in these one dayers. For example, with your side at taunton.
I think we were all surprised in the confidence behind an Essex side lacking Shah but of the teams in this south group I think most people would say Middx were the weakest.
I hope I'm right in thinking it was just poor and not worse. But I'm sure you're a better market reader than me.

i suspect there would have been far more resistant in letting essex get up to 1.9 if it were bent.
a sure sign of funny goings on is stubborn resistance against the run of the play, particularly at higher odds, and there was none of that.

My red against Middx doesn't say much about my ability as a market reader, Inj.
Anyway, I respect your opinion and hope you're right.
Looks like THEY might have greened up at 1.01 judging by these last couple of overs.
