It took immense courage to back Deccan, Worcester. No doubt you were trusting a gut feeling?
By:
I dont think its a fix - if it now went to the final over I would.

SoA fishing...ignore

By:
How am I fishing?
By:
you only think the RESULT is a fix if youre madd, or youre losing
By:
the last over theory is a different thing. you still have to be mad....but not quite as mad
By:
There should be no-one fishing, except maybe Priety Zinta, for fish to feed to the bull seal Powar after the match.
By:
thought they would trade lower than they did Armchair went down to 2.2 the over before the time out
changed everything a 10 run over then would have seen them at evens |
By:
Someone tell Powar to roll, not run, would be faster.
By:
but its safe to say that the 2.2 was an overreatiion. they still had a lot to do
By:
Market probably had lot of faith in White and Sanga.... both failed miserably
By:
probably maybury but thats how i make money on alot of sports market overeactions markets in denial
By:
agreeed..... those who hold their nerves and trade out will make money.
By:
Anticipation and perception. Two key words.
By:
worcester. overreactions are where you get the most value. best way to make money for sure. and in thsi case, the market overreacted and you should have layed at 2.2 , knowing it was too short...
By:
This isnt won until they get Junglewhaler out.
By:
LOL Powar still manages to get hit for a 6, even as everyone else is going under 6 an over
By:
sometimes you just got to stick your thumb up your arse and hope it comes down smelling of roses
By:
HAHA it WAS out!
By:
What would be worse is that these guys now take it to the last over lol
By:
20 tick profits aint what i do this for maybury
By:
Have a feeling it is not GSM yet..!!!
By:
Why were two fielders standing next to each other in the field there?
By:
they may well do....as someone said before, maybe AI, a game can go to the last over as long as a team needs fewer than 36 runs...a last over game doesnt mean its tight...
By:
Yeah no arguments with that one..!!!
By:
I'm back from mowing the grass - Oh dear!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By:
it can go to a last over if they need more than 36 runs too.
By:
Two overs from Mahmood should make it very difficult for Deccan..!!!
By:
but worcester, surely you prefer to get out for 20 ticks and profit than get out for nothing or with only 20% of your stake? what im saying (hindsight, fook knows how thats spelt, is a wonderful thing, of course) iis you perhaps should have taken your medicine and got out at 2.2 since it was good value. if you thought it wasnt good value and you thought deccan were in a good place to win, thats up to you - everyone has a different view on value
By:
And if Mahmood bowls like that well he might not make it that difficult after all
By:
in this case, we now know getting out at 2.2 was the way to do it, rather than go for broke on deccan leaving yourself with a huge liabilty or a huge profit
By:
God Chawla again..!!!
By:
at the time maybury momentum was with the Chargers another over with 10 runs off it would have seen them favourites even some of the KX1P were starting to get nervous i been in this game a long time perhaps longer than what you been alive m8 trust me i know what i'm doing 20 ticks is gr8 when building a bank but you dont get rich but not taking chances
By:
surely they cant do this? right?
By:
no is the answer. i cant believe ii asked that
By:
I really think that Deccan can still do it..and may be it is Rusty's day tonight..!!!
By:
they cant.
By:
not a ridiculous question with chawla bowling and powar probably to bowl 1 more as well
