21:09: 'Plenty of water on the ground. Start time depends on the outfield, so we hope the match can start. 50% of the ground is still covered so we'll inspect after that. Minimum overs is 5 overs and the cut off time is 23:20. The ground-staff have done a pretty good job. The positive point is that they have removed the cover from the pitch and it looks ok' say the umpires.

my pictures aren't showing any signs of this rain.
last cover is coming off and ground staff are inspecting the outfield on my pictures. odds clearly indicate otherwise though. |

don't understand the big odds to be honest, only issues i see is some big puddles right on the ropes, wouldn't surprise me if they just hauled the ropes in slightly to avoid the issue.

ok ive just been informed this game will definatley be called off.
The outfield is unsafe and there are 2 areas of concern to the umpires, the groundsman cannot clear it up so it will be abbandonded. More rain is also on its way SO THIS GAME IS OFF |

lads playing a bit of football on the pitch at the moment, ball certainly moving around alright!
with the odds on cmm my guess is there must be more rain around as there's no major issues at the moment bar some patch up on a few dodgy areas |

fek off a_r, i'm watching live pictures, i'm only going on what i can see and giving my opinion, i don't have knowledge on what weather maybe on the way or inside knowledge on what they may or may not be doing with those puddles on the outfield or the small areas where the idiots spilt all the water.
