I've backed 135-165 (choose your own) at evens with CBL, think i've got good cover there unless England really have a bad day or have an outstanding innings.
England first wicket over 21.5 also value, England have had a good opening partnership in both T20's and most if not all of the ODI's as well. Kies and KP both in good knick. oh yeah and backing England from the off |

done 140-160 with b365 @ 2.75, looked good value last game and think it's similar value here, can't see higher or lower unless England produce an exceptional or very poor innings.

I'm on England for the first 6 overs and then flipping to Pakistan. Could be difficult to get spin away in non powerplay overs imo.
