think pakistan just have edge at moment if they bat out overs at decent rate should get 250-260 and that will be tough going despite englands efforts in first game. Middle and lower order of england not quite as solid/proven today |

Either way, Pakistan had a platform to take this game away from England, and squandered it.

I think Pakistan have shot themselves in the foot by not bringing Afridi up the order to use the powerplay. They've not really made the most of it and Misbah is not really a player you'd want to be coming in just as the power play's about to start in general.
I think around 250 max here unless Afridi can come in and push them at the end but even still don't see more than 260. Would be a decent score though. I'd prefer to be backing England in the first 10 overs at least of their batting with KP and Cook in form though. |
