Nearly 50 years belting out tunes at the top of his voice.
Don't know how it's still there

Compare his voice with Macca's. Still in tears here.

I'll give Rog that, he was 27 then, in 1971, he's now 68 and can still do it.

At their best they were the best live band bar none and they are still better than nearly anybody else with only two left and both of them nearly on zimmers.

Thought The Who were a terrible choice for last song of the night. Far too many rock dinosaurs appeared last night who should have packed it in years ago. The Who's music is very, very insipid and dated. Would have been better to go out with some great dance tunes performed by Faithless or some such. Brian May living off Mercury's memory, also a poor choice.
The only decent music moments were Lennon's Imagine, Emile Sande, Gallagher's Wonderwall (but a shame Oasis could not have reformed for the night), and Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' - but so much better if they'd got Floyd back for this rather than the loathsome Sheeran fronting that rabble. Just a shame The Spice Girls couldn't have finished their set by being thrown into the cauldren - this could have moved seamlessly into Prodigy singing 'Firestarter'.

Can't comment on the Who I fell asleep when the Brazilians did their yawn fest, though it was ok,not sure waht the newspaper was all about and that Jesse would get it.

43 years ago they sang 'See Me, Feel Me' from Tommy finale as the sun went down on Woodstock.
Quite apt song choices. Baba O'Riley was good too.
