Agreed - the man's issue is that he is exceptionally slow on the flat - he needs to work on his power big time!

He runs like a 3m chaser.

Full of heart but not very fast.

He should try the 800m

Yes. If you watch his Seasons Best this year (where he was beaten by Javier Culson, his issue is speed and power.

If you were to summarise his races in horse racing terms it would read. 'Settled in Mid-division. Badly outpaced by winner over 150 metres out. Stayed on strongly closing stages. Couldn't get there.'
