Let it ride.  It's only a tenner at stake.  Can't remember them arsing up the baton changes, and they could play it very cautious and still win by 50m.

how much will you be gutted if they drop the baton? if not bothered let it run

otherwise take 100 at 1.25, stick another 500 on the 1.01/1.02 and keep for in running in case they dq , that leaves you the 300 if they win and at worst a ton if they lose

Just watched the 2011 WR.
All clean, and would have won anyway despite the US fall.
Going to let it ride.

Anyone know who were the runners for USA and Jamaica relay teams?

Jamaica - In the final, Bolt will take Kemar Bailey-Cole's place on the anchor leg. Nesta Carter, Michael Frater and Blake, the 100- and 200-meter runner-up, will run in the first three spots, just like they did in the preliminaries.

USA - Not so sure, in the preliminaries, the U.S. went with former Florida football player Jeff Demps, Darvis Patton, Trell Kimmons and Gatlin, this year's 100-meter bronze medalist. Ryan Bailey and Tyson Gay, who finished fourth in the 100 and is still searching for his first Olympic medal, figure to land spots in the final.

did USA just run the 2nd fastest time ever?
if so,Gay and Bailey coming in makes the final very interesting.
