I dont think we can challenge for gold because Conrad Williams just isnt on form.  Bronze looks up for grabs though.

wow 44.42 can only find two competitive runs this year and one was in a b race at the crystal palace diamond league meeting , winning in 45.99

Best leg I have seen since the 'glory days'. It's the other three who should be looking at their places in the team. Ideally you would want Green on last leg but the other three would leave him with too much to do. Unfortunately, very little chance of Rooney delivering a medal even if he is in a challenging position.
