Ellington another numpty

It is surprising that most of our non-elite athletes, like our swimmers, are struggling even to get near season bests.  Men's 800, 400, women's 400 hurdles and jumpers/vaulters all very disappointing.  Far worse than the likes of Sayers and Idowu who just aren't fit which is a shame for them.

CVC wanted eight medals including one gold from the athletics, the gold is covered but the eight looks a long way off at the moment. The lack of PBs, SBs and NRs from non-medal performers is a disappointment (Okoye and Gemili two developing athletes who have performed well so far).
