Thought those backing Pendleton after the first race turnover / amendment were barking up the wrong tree . The Aussie girl looked stronger and was slightly impeded by the move off . Proved it in the second race , Pendleton gave up . No bet on it , hard on Victoria , would have been nice to finish on a real high .
