I agree it's a joke somehow, but rules state that infringements have to be seen with naked eye.
The naked eye cannot see if they are lifting/ running- so why not slow mo video?
its a bit like blatter saying we didnt need goal line technology. If a brit won the 20K they would bring in the slomo like greased lightning
