Point of order but just how far do people plan on taking the 'if it isn't me it doesn't count' thing?
We've had posts about the Yorkshire Gold medal count, the Northern medal count, the (risible)posh medal count - there's probably the usual racist ones flying around as well. Save yourself the bother of posting if Yamile Aldama wins a medal in the Women's Triple Jump - we all know what that'll be about. So what's the deal here? If it's not won by the Corinthian Amateur from just down our street, who is socially and ethnically somehow neutral, with a British lineage they cantrace back to the Anglo-Saxons, then it doesn't count. Sorry for rising to the bait - you mean boring petty small-minded bunch of c-units. |

yes as usual this event is about the upper class elite being the focus of attention, the middle classes being allowed to watch on from a distance, and the lower classes can go fckk themselves lol
