The Madison was the weirdest Olympic event bar none. Utter chaos, no-one understanding what the hell was going on, most of all the commos I reckon.

And all us addicts on here saying we don't have a clue whats going on but the Spanish are too short at 1.4

keirin was a big gambling race, the laps behind the moped gave all the punters a chance to see the competitors, nice that the tradition is retained

we the punters are neglected far too often !!!

Indoor cycling is a bit gimmicky anyway. Like swimming and rowing, too many events, no special race to capture the attention.

Ask anyone to tell you at what distance did Sir Steve win his golds and they won't know. Ditto Sir Chris.

Waiting for the synchronised swimming ( straight course ) .  Maybe that has not been organised yet .  Well if its good enough for diving , why not ?   Its mostly underwater , so hard to analyse .

If you are British why would you want to cancel events in the veledrome? Its like the asains cancelling table tenis or the Welsh cncelling sheep.

The kierin has been too sanitised from its original japanese variety which was purely a gambling sport where anything went.
