I'm sure that in your own mind you do. I know the answers you don't.

Perhaps you can provide evidence of someone getting 14 days jail for taking a leak in public. Before this chap.

As I said I'm bored with you and your obfuscation. I'm still around and will read and reply if you say anything sensible which is highly unlikely.

How many times has the evidence been broadcast worldwide.

That's not really relevant. I agree the sentence is harsh and wouldn't be surprised if it was appealed but as it stands the two legally qualified solicitors presumably agree that the charge was appropriate and so does the person who committed the act.

Of course it's relevant. Do you think if it hadn't been pictured and only a copper saw it in passing he would be getting 14 days jail?

This is about the framing of the crime rather than the crime itself.

No I don't. But your clearly trying to make a completely different point now. The fact that it was broadcast round the world is irrelevant to your suggestion that he would have just plead to whatever they put in front of him.

I totally disagree. He already handed himself in, so he was prepared to plead guilty.

There is an irony of course that the media and the judicial activist judge fail to see.

PC Palmer was killed because this country has taken a knee for the spread of Islam. Attacks therefore became inevitable. The people who refuse to let this country die are the ones labelled far right racists. The very people who have been labelled racist for challenging Islam.

Here are some ‘hooligans’ that were there on Saturday .....

And no, there were no toilets open. I’ll say no more.

10 of Thousands visited our Coastal town over the past few weeks, almost all of them pissed along the promenade, they had no choice all the toilets were shut, and I’m not talking about just the guys, chalet owners have been complaining about the stink in their huts because of people pissing up the side of them.

Perhaps that’s why the Government released Thousands of real criminals recently, to make room for those caught taking a piss.

Doubt there’s a copper in the Country who hasn’t done the same when desperate, I’d take short odds that the magistrate that sentenced the guy has done the same sometime in his life.

'Jailing Banks, Chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot said: "I accept you were drunk and did not know where you were urinating.'

Little mention in the reporting of his 'mental health issues'.  Wouldn't it be normal to request psychiatric reports or medical evidence before a custodial sentence?

Emma Arbuthnot is married to a Conservative MP. Shirley a conflict of interest because it was a memorial of a man who died protecting MP's.
