newsflash, bullies have always existed.

It was rampant when I was at school. It doesn't take much to inspire a bully to be a bully, TV, movies, could be anything.
The blame lies in one place, and one place only - the parents.

how do you accuse your kids of bullying if they've seen,heard of something on tv that their parents,peers think is funny and acceptable,
if your black with kids watching it bit like you watching a porno movie with your mam

My point is any material from tv can be used by bullies at school. Whether we personally find the programme it's from funny or not is a completely different matter. Bullying is NEVER funny but yes, I did find Bo Selecta funny, as I'm sure millions of others did. I'd  be pretty sure Mrs Brown/Citizen Khan and lots of other characters from, imo, goddam awful tv shows have been used to detriment in the playground but I couldn't possibly point the finger of blame at the awful content in those.
