I had a sore bum for a fecking year!!
Bluddy piles.. trouble was cleaning them. Normal tissue would just make them bleed... Answer was after a year of hospital visits.. Jet washing the buggers, and gently dabbing dry...  Many ailment and near death situations / conditions in my lifetime. But my year of piles was the most painful and at times harrowing by far (oh the itching).. all's well now thanks..  |

you should learn some grammar, start by addressing who you want to speak to, using their name. Then whoever you are asking a question of, may understand you. One shouldn't call people fools just because you're uneducated dear girl. It should not be a quiz
