Making diversity compulsory is ruinous to many forms of broadcasting & entertainment.

Diversity on the whole to reflect a nation is fine when it is averaged out (eg, 10% of total programming to have BAME representation).
But when you make every single advert, TV show, film, etc include a black person, an Asian person, a woman, an LGBT person, a white person and so on, it becomes ridiculous.

Every single sports show on the BBC now has to include a woman, a BAME and/or a disabled pundit or presenter.  If I'm interested in the football, say, I don't really care about the disabled equivalent, or the women's version.

Can you remember the stop the war coalition put a million on the street but unfortunately didn't stop the Iraqi was going ahead wish it did because that was totally destabilised the Middle East the pain and problems the world as got now because of that war and its far from over some people were born into that war never knowing any other life and they are still young what will the future ramifications be?
