Going to be very difficult to give specific advice remotely.
It could be caused by the differing pixel dimensions of screen and printer. Or such things as printer firmware.
A quick work around is probably to resize picture in paint where you can adjust X and Y sizes independently ( I know this can be done with paint, and maybe other graphic applications )
This is likely to be a bit tedious if you want to print a lot of pictures though.
