CALLING ALL TECHIES..

My printer is producing photos that are 33.33% taller
but only 13.63% wider than the original..

Is there a fix for this please?

Going to be very difficult to give specific advice remotely.

It could be caused by the differing pixel dimensions of screen and printer.
Or such things as printer firmware.

A quick work around  is probably to resize picture in paint where you can adjust X and Y sizes independently
( I know this can be done with paint, and maybe other graphic applications )

This is likely to be a bit tedious if you want to print a lot of pictures though.
