1. What are the chances of the cops in question getting a fair trial? Pretty much zero imho. That fat cretin Corden has already on public television stated it was murder. This imho is seriously questionable. I see no evidence of an actual intent to cause harm. Yes they were incompetent but the knee hold was meant to restrain and not cause harm. This would surely be more involuntary manslaughter. A similar case was against a white man in Dallas Tony Tampa who was similarly restrained and died from cardiac arrest. His accused went free and returned to work. There is zero proof of any racial motivation.

I can see no fair way they get convicted on 2nd degree murder based on the Minnesota definition

2. Why do "Blacks" keep voting democrat? Chicago has not had a non Democrat Mayor since 1927. The population have turned the city into a one party state. The Washington mayor is also playing to the crowds moaning at Trump yet presides over one of the most violent cities in the Western world. There are a fair proportion of these mayors are black. 35 of the biggest 50 cities in the US have Democrat Mayors with 5 Independents. The mayor has the main influence over police in their cities yet never seem to be questioned by the media.

The Democrats have not won the white vote since ‘64. Similar to Blair’s policy, they want more immigration who will then vote Dems.

They play the victim card. In that they tell blacks they’re victims who need more money, and the blacks for some reason believe them.

The Tampa case is very disturbing.

Not sure you're allowed that sort of opinion on here... Get ready for the abuse Blush

I'm in total agreement btw. I honestly doubt any crime was committed.

That fat cretin Corden has already on public television stated it was murder.

Even worse the leader of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi has said it was an execution and murder.

In any state where there is meant to be a seperation of powers for a leader of the legislature to say that about on going criminal investigation and potential prosecution is shocking.

Agree it looks more manslaughter.

Personally I don’t think we need a trial for Chauvin. A tree would be good enough for me. Your fair trial question is disingenuous. You could equally say no black could get a fair trial in the American Criminal Justice System that is of course if the judge, jury and executioner  policeman has not already violated the Constitution. Your prejudice is not even camouflaged queenie.

The second question is interesting. The rich in America are getting richer at a time of possibly the largest recession since the 1930’s. How does that work when production and consumption is going down during lockdown?

The blacks are being joined by a huge white underclass. The dystopian future est arrive.

It is a very good question though. The underclass will work it out..........eventually.

Btw does it matter to you if the murderer is a racist unless of course he only murders black people you are alright with it?

Do you  want cops like Chauvin and the others who just stood and watched him murder a man?

the rich in America are getting richer, but not at the expense of blacks in America.
As with the police brutality issue, race is not the determining factor here, once you look past the lies and the hysteria and look at the data. They're in the public domain.
The stats do not back up their narrative. Quite the reverse.

The blacks can't get any poorer. It is the white middle class that is now being brought in to pay for the excesses of the rich.

Don't think ayone said he should be freed at once. When you have members of the elected legislature given their verdict before a trial then it's quite a valid question.

You seem to adopt the same attitude towards punishment without trial as the police you criticise. Talk about thick.

Poor auld WD. Not a single person thinks he should be freed. You are reading what you want to read Laugh

I have solely questioned the chance of actually making the charges stick with a fair trial.
