Both wrong uns George and the police officer,but if you put yourself in certain situations the outcome is never good.
He did not deserve to die but should have been behind bars for along time. The Police officer had the chance to serve his community and do the right thing and follow the correct arrest procedures,he didn't and will be shown in court to be a psycho to which his employers should be held to account.  The packet is Clearly seen , As I asked was he dealing Might cover the dodgy Note, if not hes Taking and passing forged notes , the key would have been thrown away ....In no way does anyone Deserve a death like that ,But if it was a White guy nothing would have been heard ...
