Cheers pp, LG and everyone. Thought I'd try something different. But as I say, normal service resumed on weekend with Tim and squares Happy

"Turing Test" gave me a pleasant surprise when I plugged it into Wordsmith, and came out stuttering!  Though there are different stories about the severity of his stuttering, and whether it was technically a stutter at all. But at least it ties in with most portrayals of him, by Jakobi etc.

Also have to comment on the fact that there were lots of alternative answers given today that could easily have fitted some of the clues.
Thanks for taking part again, have a great weekend everyone Happy.

p.s. should have rethought 25, a bit rushed that one. Walking in a rational manner (if there was such a thing!) would be a 'logical gait', not 'logic gait'. Could have done a lot better with that one Blush

Thanks hfink
I real;l;y should refresh before posting answers, twice today they`d already been posted

Cheers Tim. I think it's a common thing Tim, I've done it a lot, and I think it's a lot to do with the slowness of the forum and the time it takes to refresh. We're probably loath to refresh too often because of the time it takes. But if anyone gives the same correct answer in very close time, I think we can almost consider it a draw, esp with some people no doubt having slower forum response times than others. That's why I like to say wd to anyone else who gets the right answer.

I've also got to learn to check back more - I missed another correct answer today after a refresh, and my quick reading skills are terrible! Happy
