Seems that is not the case. My daughter did not catch it when Husband got it. Evidence from Germany was only around 14%-28% spread when one person in household.

that's why family do 14 days now compared to someone with symptins doing 7
Tests basically useless without symptoms one person claimed.. not so sure myself
