If you can't see why the hysteria and the tone she uses against someone unthreatening and the manner of the phone call as it progressively gets more unhinged then I can't help you.
As for the dog, allegedly its a dog that gets injured a lot according to a page she has for it and once again she is completely irresponsible in hurting the dog, so taking her dog off her is no loss |

So he goes to pull the treats out of his pocket, but she wasn't to know what he was pulling out given what he had said to her, at which point she scrambles to grab the dog.
So he says this to her: "but you're not going to like it" and then reaches into his pocket, sending her into a panic. |

It comes across as a threat IMO:
"If you're going to do what you want, I'm going to do what I want, but you're not going to like it." The video should be viewed in the context of these words, which clearly made the woman fearful for herself and her dog. She's ended up with death threats, her reputation destroyed, her livelihood taken away from her, and no dog. Is this fair and just? I hope the lynch mob are proud of themselves. |

I haven't read the full thread GeorgeB so apologises if already covered but where did you see that? I think we'd need to know everything that was said prior to filming to draw any conclusions about her being in a state of fear. To me the simple fact that she approached him to try and get him to stop filming would suggest no such thing and even the tone in her voice and phrase used when she told him she was going to tell the cops he was threatening her told you it was a lie. |

I meant to add to my post that given recent incidents in America that mans life could have been put in real danger with her comments. It could easily have been a trigger happy cop or cops that had attended the incident. |

What happened to George Floyd is absolutely shocking and I hope the c*nts responsible are brought to justice.
But I'm not allowing the inhuman behaviour of those scumbags to cloud my judgement in this case. Her choice of words might have been out of order, but I don't think there is any doubt there was provocation there and fear instilled to her by those words from Mr Cooper. He said "If you're going to do what you want, I'm going to do what I want, but you're not going to like it." before reaching into his pocket. He further inflamed the situation by starting to film her. |

Yes does seem a strange thing to say although he could have meant filming her.
However she does apologise to him in a tweet for her actions which again makes me think he hadn't intimidated her. |
