I went to artisan bakery. All bread has soy flour. No wheat bread? Sainsbury sells a cheese baguette . Butter it. Add fried eggs. Awesome . I used to go to roll shop in Glasgow. Order a tuna salad roll. Ingredients .. Tuna mayo.coleslaw.onion.tomato.beetroot. . Was seventy pence ten yrs ago. I would take three and have it spaced out. Huge. Falling out of roll.
