Nonsense idea.

Looks like lots of people have natural immunity so will never catch it so could never get a certificate.

We also do not know if you catch it more than once.

agree IT but encouraged by hancok the media are really pushing it today,

I,m going to put my thicko head on here ,but here goes

keep reading about all these different tests ,where been threw tests from every direction at the moment, especially  the 20 min test, but in the early days we were told there was up to a 14 day incubation period between getting virus and showing symptons, can these tests show the same accuracy as whether you have virus or not during these 14 days

Billons been made by Big Parma peddling these tests and drugs all paid for by the tax payer again.

I see AstraZeneca will be actually manufacturing the Oxford University 'vaccine'.

Hancock is also talking about making a commercial vaccine compulsory which would be the biggest attack on British civil liberties since the Magna Carta.

These companies are going to cash in big time when immunity is probably actually all about living a healthy drug free lifestyle.

Here we come
Walkin' down the street
We get the funniest looks from
Everyone we meet
Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down
We go wherever we want to
Do what we like to do
We don't have time to get restless
There's always something new

COVID-19: Children and older adults to take part in Oxford University’s vaccine trial
More than 10,000 people, including children and those over 70, are set to be involved in the second phase of human trials for a vaccine by researchers at the University of Oxford in the UK. Read this and more:

A trial of the vaccine in rhesus macaque monkeys did not stop the animals from catching the virus and has raised questions about the vaccine's likely human efficacy and ongoing development.

Our collaborators at Rocky Mountain Laboratories (NIAID/NIH) have conducted a rapid yet thorough investigation and demonstrated good safety and efficacy of a single dose of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 in the rhesus macaque model that they had previously established. We were able to review the data before vaccinations in the clinical trial were initiated. There are also animal studies underway in Australia and the UK, and the results will be published once those studies are complete.

No mention of any failure , are you sure you are looking at the Right Virus

Found it on the Telegraph , Seems this geezer knows more than than the OXO mob
Report casemoney May 22, 2020 12:34 PM BST
Despite the findings, there is still "cautious optimism" about the Oxford vaccine among some experts. In the study all of the animals administered with a single shot of the vaccine generated antibodies against the virus within 28 days

from the same article(daily torygraph)

"There was no difference in the amount of viral RNA detected from this site in the vaccinated monkeys as compared to the unvaccinated animals. Which is to say, all vaccinated animals were infected," Dr Haseltine wrote in an article on Forbes.
Report The Knight May 22, 2020 12:45 PM BST
Having read the report in full about the Oxford vaccine, the crucial point is that the vaccine appears to stop the virus spreading into the top bit of the lungs, and thus prevents damage, but does not prevent it, so far, from remaining present in nasal passages.

This means that the virus could still be transmitted as now but would not be as dangerous.

But much testing to yet do. All in all, a promising start although the media clearly will only label either success or failure, with nothing in between.
Report casemoney May 22, 2020 1:10 PM BST
Quite Right Kenny, but as stated you quoted one line not the full report ,and the trials have shown some success
