I still make mixes & a few years ago, bought a controller & virtual DJ software. One of the reasons I don't play my vinyl, is lack of space. I might have a dedicated music room, if I retire up North & move to a bigger house in ca. 4 years.
there is a tinge of regret but it was a practicality as loft would have caved in.
