We have an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to join our busy Human Resources department as our trust's Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
In this influential role, you will lead the Trust in ensuring that we take all practicable steps to create a representative workforce of our local diverse community that we serve, and that the services we provide include and provide for their needs. More than that, you will work at all levels to help us overcome any real or perceived barriers to employment, volunteering opportunities or access to our services. It would be far more useful if the NHS employed someone who had some idea how to deal with this virus we are suffering

I find it intersting how "the left" consider even moderately high salaries as "rich".
By keeping thresholds low the highest tax bands have got in effect lower but 58k is in anyone's book a damned high salary, and in this case, it's for a total non job to keep politically correct knobs happy.
