No.... someone brought the comments thread to the attention of the Betfair chitchat forum and it became a place where banned forum users could post and communicate with the Betfair forum.
However it was then invaded by some right-wing racists and as it wasn't moderated in those days..... some very unpleasant things were said by those racists ! I only used it briefly to talk to Crags and Do Wah and stopped using it when Brian_Cox (not the TV guy obviously) started his nasty posts. Right off out now....got my kit on. -------> |

I am beginning to think that you are not Brian_Cox on that YT comments thread as he seemed to be a lot more clued up about YouTube complexities that you appear to be. He was such a malevolent racist individual that he has probably been arrested for posting something illegal on some website and is languishing in jail at her Majesty's pleasure ........or has ended up in an asylum for the insane. If true, and I've no reason to doubt it, why didn't they make something of it at the time? Not the assistant, I can imagine a 15 yo might not know how to deal with it, but the reporters. Was the same with Saville. Not a word said at the time. |
