why do the British government say..................

We have done this,and we have done that,"today i am giving another 2 billion to this ,and i am giving 4 billion to that"and so fourth.
its as if they own the money and as if they are spending it.
"well government ,could you not say "today i am spending 2 billion of the hard earned tax payers money belonging to the British people."
Every single day"i am giving this and i am giving that,as if THEY were putting THEIR hand in THEIR pockets to do it"
Who are they trying to hood wink?ITS THE PEOPLE'S MONEY ,NOT YOURS!
