If you are low paid you are more likely to take public transport.  You are more likely to live in a city, live in more cramped conditions, eat less healthily, be less healthy generally, exercise less and be less likely to be able to work from home.  Possibly? also you are more likely to drink and smoke heavily?

It blows the lid of the theory that NHS staff are putting their lives on the line, more than anyone else.
