This is how they will normalise it? this is not an easing ffs
WHEN this virus goes why can't we just go back to "normal"
By calling it an easing of restrictions people will become normalised to the new "normal" which is becoming more apparent by the day
A faster version of the boiling frog scenario, just tell them we are easing it but with obvious new normalities.
I'd call it crafty but its far to obvious for that ffs, this is brain dead methodology for the no brained society.
