When did it become the norm for a minister to reply to a question, any common or garden question with "That is a very important question"?
Surely nobody asks what they consider an unimportant question, and since when did any minister know what is, or is not important with regard to the question?
Or is it that they just love the sound of their own voices so much they just pad...
