it was actually last june nervtag told government to stock up on gowns amongst other ppe, is gove in commons really telling this country a body set up to plan for a pandemic coming from asia not to stock up on gowns, if so everyone involved including tory ministers should resign on the spot

They don't know how to stop lying,they were trained to lie,and now it has become a habitual disease.
They problem is ,even if they were to promise themselves never to lie again ,they have developed an imprint in the brain,and lies will come thick and fast from their subconscious mind,Matt Handcock and Michael Gove suffer most from this disease ,and both think it is normal to lie,but it really is a very serious disease and both need treatment for it. they sufferer usually does not know that they suffer from it.and it stems from the same part of the brain as alcoholism ,just like the alcoholic thinks that he has not got a problem drinking, the compulsive liar believes that he has not got a problem.its a sad disease.
