Boris Johnson will be back at work in Downing Street on Monday and is "raring to go" in the battle against coronavirus, he has told cabinet colleagues.
Just over a fortnight after leaving hospital on Easter Sunday and spending a week at Chequers, the prime minister will be "back to his normal schedule" following treatment for COVID-19 as he grapples with the dilemma of when to ease the lockdown. Depending on doctors' advice, Mr Johnson may host Monday's daily Downing Street news conference and possibly take on the new Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer at Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday. "He is 'raring to go' and will be back Monday," a Downing Street source told Sky News. "He had a Chequers meeting with advisers on Friday and he will be meeting the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, and getting back to his normal schedule." |

We need someone back running the show.
Raab etc not made a decision in the last few weeks. New Imperial College work out this week on options of opening up. Lets hope this time Boris gets his own people to question the assumptions and does not make the same mistake twice. Time to ease the long down for the healthy and redouble the efforts to protect the old and vulnerable. |
|
By:
ebullient form translates to full of shoite ,
,bragging about shaking hands with every person in a hospital ward and encouraging others to do the same is a far bigger blooper than trumps Dettol comments, you,d have to be a fooooking idiot to drink Dettol , but if trump at the height of a crisis recommended everyone shake hands, hug etc over half of usa would have took his advice |

It's tough to decide who is the biggest eejit, the dettol quaffing USA president or the virus hand shaking death spreader of the UK.
