How is a Med diet compare to a S Korean/Japanese diet eg veg/little meat/organic fish/steamed not fried? Is Med healthier? Is there such a thing as a healthy oil? Olive oil is still oil, and consumed in quantity is unhealthy too (surely); oil is oil similarly, sugar is sugar regardless if it's sugar from fruits or fruit juices or chocs.
