If its the Queens in Romford Injera i can confirm your post.A friend of mine works there as a porter and he tells me the nurse's are just sitting around chatting. The A@E is deserted and their is so little work for the porters they are told to go home well before the end of their shifts.

Sussex twizzle. Commuter town serving A LOT of people. Really strange..
Interesting to hear it’s happening elsewhere. |
By:
A&E is a demand led service, there is a good chance most around the country are quiet but you cant shut them down because you dont know whats coming
By:
Same in my area, many miles north.
By:
Not saying shut them down but the narrative we are getting from the media that the hospitals are being overrun just is not true.
By:
Absolutely twizzle
By:
Ive wondered for a while what a lot of NHS staff are doing. Gps for example who seem to have given up seeing people but if pushed may begrudgingly talk to you over the phone for a couple of minutes.

Gov are running the media, nothing positive or the masses will be out and about too early.......
By:
When Numbers drop , I would suggest the Nighingales being used where available to treat C19 ,
Dedicated c19 staff etc , people not attending hospitals due to fear of virus ... Plus would stop the spread in main hospitals .. |

I've been writing in this context on the forum for ages, but this elevation of anyone connected to the NHS to god like ststus is an extremely dangerous narrative in my view. The crisis is being leveraged by the left for all its worth. There ARE some true heroes in the NHS, but the rest are just hanging off their coat tails. The people who do the true graft and are putting themselves on the line are not taking to twitter, sky news or insta.
By:
You don't fall into the NHS by accident, it's by choice. Once in it, it's a job for life and a gold plated pension that most other people outside of public services could dream of.

Spot on Cider. If you dare not to go outside on a Thursday to clap people regard you as the devil incarnate.
By:
It's beyond me the whole clap for carers saga. It amounts to emotional blackmail. Of course now companies have to be seen to be joining in with the virtue signalling so every second ad on the telly now links into NHS workers.
Nobody is mentioning that test capacity isn't being used because the self isolating NHS staff aren't turning up for them. Even though the media narrative was tens of thousands wanting tests so they could get back to the 'front line'. |

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/coronavirus-london-hospital-first-admit-21723498
The general perception and the perception the media wants us to believe is that the NHS are being swamped. Its simply not the case. |
By:
Been saying it for weeks but we're being mocked on the biggest scale we've ever experienced in my opinion
They ain't even hiding it , you can find all the evidence you need within minutes |
By:
'Sixteen of the 29 new deaths in England are in London amid fears the city would need to go on full lockdown.'
'As the UK's official death toll hit 144, medical chiefs warned smaller hospitals could struggle and some had been forced to move Covid-19 patients elsewhere. That piece looks weeks old, twizzle. |
By:
There's something else at play, they ain't daft so why are they allowing people to stay at home and find all this stuff out?
Or it could be the right guys are running it and are exposing the lies and it runs much much much deeper than this virus Even Carl Froch was questioning this along with round earth and 9/11 the other day ![]() |
By:
I didn't do a lot of research on that one saddo. The fact remains we are led to believe the NHS is at maxiumum capacity. Its the perception that's important.
By:
Froch also questioned the space stations and nasa
Something is in the air that's for sure Even Novak Djockovic has come out and said he ain't taking no vaccine |

Even Novak Djockovic

Good for him I say, he's gone up in my estimation
As for you... |

Off point but i would still like to be told why half a million a month passengers are still being allowed to walk off planes at Heathrow and straight into our communities without any checks whatsoever. The Government line that " its a small risk" doesn't hold water. We are expected to stay indoors and isolate. The Government are fcking hypocrites.

There's been lots of filming in foreign hospitals. Repeat footage from New York, Lombardi, Madrid. The never ending PPE narrative. Filming in UK care homes (edited like a horror movie). Filming of GP hot zones. Oxygen crisis in Watford etc. It all helps to create an alarmist narrative. Ross Kemp is apparently reporting from a UK hospital, but I've not seen it.

agreed Twizle -2 mates came back from Sydney 2 weeks ago- getting out of OZ had its problems - but they and the passengers just breezed in - no checks- no advice re quarantine or self isolation etc - they just went to the car and drove home via shopping trip to top up the larder.
The current situation is a total farce |
By:
Lockdown? there isn't one
Yet the death rates are dropping and the infection cases are slowing, yet there's no lock down, the food is stocked in supermarkets meaning the ships are still bringing it in and the lorries are arriving at the supermarkets No fuel shortage either. Its one big con for vaccines. |
By:
oh - on topic- Margate hospital did a pacemaker day op for my mates 92 year old dad on Friday - he was the only patient on the ward and was done and dusted quickly - rested up - in isolation for a few hours and - still no other patients when discharged late afternoon.

Banning cars? pollution aided the virus? getting the message yet? |
By:
Could be that people are putting off going to the hospital because they are worried about catching the virus or don't want to be a burden thinking hospitals are currently overwhelmed or the hospital has put back appointments a while ago amid the expectation of a sudden influx of patients.

Received a text from a nurse 10 mins ago who works at UCLH.
"No covid patients on ventilators today..only 110 covid patients on wards.Huge decrease. They are even talking about recovery now.I feel going down the curve now.Fingers crossed end in sight.XX" |

I've no idea, but it's possible, hospitals in general are not usually not busy are they? if people are saying they are now, there has to be a reason.
