There are a lot of ways of massaging the figures
If somebody never gets tested and dies of a lung infection or pneumonia then you could easily have extremely low figs
That is what is happening in the 3rd world countries
If they were using western methods the numbers would be off the charts

I've said from the start this virus is being made far worse by incompetent medical staff playing heroes in hospitals.

Look at the staff below wearing bin bags in order to treat highly contagious patients. Shock/Horror they actually catch the virus and no doubt spread it further.
No medical worker without PPE should be working with infectious patients. Medical unions have been a disgrace and their lack of action has contributed to the deaths of medical staff

Report Racingqueen April 15, 2020 11:09 PM BST
No medical worker without PPE should be working with infectious patients.

And if the byproduct is patients die, so be it. You will save far more lives by not spreading the infection and practicing proper infection control methods
There is no cure, treatment for this virus yet so any "Treatment" provided by nurses in bin bags is a waste of time.
There is no proof ventilators are saving lives either

hancocks going to say later this month theres capacity for a 100,000 tests and not his fault if people don't take up the offer
if you cant get ppe through the post ,amazon etc to care homes not sure how you can ramp up actually getting nurses with test kits to care homes to take tests, mini buses to Tesco car parks etc, seems to be hancocks answer,
300,000 tests going back  6 weeks what relevance today have the 1st few 100,000, they should be counted as not been tested
