The Demographic'S of the UK will sse a major change in the Years to come , With more working from Home etc , and plenty who can afford to move from Big towns doing so ,Gone will be the Days of people paying half a million to live in a Box in London, I would imagine prices of Housing in Rural/Semi rural will rocket ....

Our foreign friends who have bought Properties in the Likes of Central London as an Investment and Fleecing renters , Have hopefully done their

Funnily enough I walked along the sea front and then back through the town today and the one shop open was the fresh fish guy, but yes, they're depleted.

I think it's  more how people behaved a few days back with various distancing ,crowds, meetings, parties, bbq's ,friends get togethers  .... the people in parks ,joggers and sunbathers were actually never part of the problem

i notice in some areas  the authorities had a real problem trying to get people to co-operate - probably gave up trying in the end rather than cause any bad feeling

Combined number of Chicom virus deaths in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is still less than 1,000.

If anything, Slav ancestry seems to confer some protection.

Feeling quite smug that my old man was from L'viv.

That particular area seems to have got off the hook quite lightly Happy

East European deaths will be low in East Anglia as they are nearly all young but i'm thinking their virus contract numbers must be high .... unless,  as you say they have some kind of immunity ...

the lesson of the maps is that the lower the density of people per square mile, the lower the number of Covid cases per 100,000 of the population. It is about the number of human contacts (within 10 metres or so) per day. In my case apart from my wife it averages about 4 and that is not much different from pre Covid days. I have never lived anywhere that had street lights apart from when I was student 56 years ago. If you don't go near people it is much harder to catch this or any other infectious disease.

And there we have it..official.A larger percentage from the B.A.M.E communities contract covid 19...that's all i was saying yesterday but got accused of being a white racist supremacist. Some folks just can't handle the truth.

But why? More people per household, higher number in cities, other cultural differences or genetic?
