Some of UK knockers are persistent despite their residency and allegiance are elsewhere eg Brexit, and now Covid-19. Why, esp in this climate?

Well done to the French Authority. I'd have impounded and possibly confiscated the private jet unless a meaningful reason is forthcoming eg a flight of mercy.

Just googled Kurfürstenstraße. How does some foreigner know the street prostitution hotspot of Berlin?

I lived in Berlin for years and didn't know it. Then again, I don't seek out street prostitutes too often either. I prefer clubs.
