our holiday year is april to march , my colleague said he was leaving in may after approx 8 years and told me he expected his full holiday entitlement of 5 weeks pay, i said no chance its only around 2.66 days for every month so if you leave in may youll only get around 3 days. Who is correct?

he wont be leaving, he actually mentioned going to liverpool to work about 6 weeks back for more money, and thought hed get a nice lump sum for his hols from the boss, i just wanted confirmation for curiosity to be honest
