he,ll probably be expecting similar question from press so might have passed a 2nd test which would mean doris has failed a 2nd test, but thicko handjob would blurt it out anyway cant help himself
Report HGS April 2, 2020 3:14 PM BST
Isn't isolation 7 days for the sufferer and 14 days for them close to them?
Report 1st time poster April 2, 2020 3:21 PM BST
that's the uk governments advice, world health say 14  days for a positive test, thats why dr,s nhs staff are screaming at doris, handjob and co, labour mp dr back on front line been begging them for a week to self isolate for 14 days as advised by WHO, to set an example for everyone else
Report HGS April 2, 2020 3:23 PM BST
He's doing what HE says then was my point. Fwiw, 14 should be a minimum imo.
Report 1st time poster April 2, 2020 3:26 PM BST
that's the lunacy of uk position those whove never had it,might never get it 14 days, those whove tested positive 7 days even though theres clinical evidence out there that says they can still spread it 8 days after recovering,
its like the Scottish health lady just said banging on about getting nhs staff self isolating because of a family member has symptons, when it should be the family member getting tested and if their positive nhs staff living with them negative or not should be self isolating,
Report jefferz April 2, 2020 4:04 PM BST
All the media interviews can be done in self isolation so why do they have to turn up in person????????

Shocking lack of plan in uk ,ffs its going to be horrendous there imo
Im no mathematician but figures look nasty ,for example republic of ireland has 5million population roughly, virus started similar dates, 85 dead in republic, so logically uk should have about x 13 that death figure ,even allowing for more numbers in congested cities etc its going very wrong in uk
Herd immunity will go down as a criminal act surely. The germans seem to have best actions, testing vastly more etc . Stay safe folks

Why is the fact engeering companies who make very complex things, now making a fairly simple thing like a ventilator, something to be mocked by the armchair experts, and sneered at over and over as these companies are going to do it.

Can the armchair experts on all things corona list the engineering obstacles preventing creating things our engineers could've made 80 years no problem? No?

Why do the armchair experts think they can do a better job manufacturing masks and procuring them (and everything else for that matter like test kits) than people desperately trying to do so?

I saw a picture from the US the other day of a factory all set up to produce masks, sitting idle, no raw materials available for it, all diverted and used up. Might be part of the picture.

I'm guessing their buyers are sitting on their arse doing nothing, and the armchair experts will know how they could do better on that as well.

Knowing the real extent of the spread of the virus clearly has value.
Yes, it is a constantly moving target, but knowing where the enemy is and isn't allows you to move forward in the fight to supress it.

To clarify, the 'have you got it' test in the community is irrelevant right now. There is some value to key NHS staff (eg ICU nurses).
