Posts started being counted from Nov 2009 and were viewable when the forum 'upgrade' happened in May 2010 (because it was originally supposed to be a 6 month count I think) I had 11,000 odd posts which would all have been from that time* . When the forum changed the quizzes pretty much ended right there because response times were so slow. So I had basically been posting 2,000 times per month during Nov 2009-May 2010. After a while I noticed, although I seemed to spend as much time here as before, I was posting at a rate of 600 per month, so 70% of my posts were on quizzes. *the post count does include a tiny fraction of pre 2009 posts (the ones made on ancient threads that were brought up during that 6 months before the upgrade) |

Replies: 502387 --------------- What is astonishing about - wisewords posting - is that he has not yet been on the Forum for 10 years. he occasionally flits onto the Horse Racing Forum - where his Forum name is indeed a contradiction. When he did land on the Horse Racing Forum - 9 months or so ago - posters on there soon asked him how he had managed 'half a million posts' ... when he was virtually unknown on Horse Racing. His reply was - 'Mostly on the TENNIS Forum'. He must have been making a fresh post after every ball in every match. |
