Can't see this working,you can't just leave them on their own,you need people there all night with them to monitor them and who is going to do that?

There are retired health workers being drafted bank in to the NHS.
There must be volunteers who would step in and assist.
These people will need triage, monitoring etc.
Living on the streets means your immune system will be compromised.
Why not take care of the most vulnerable in society in a compassionate way?
