Why are the figures so low?

Its a spreading "pandemic"? it should be in the millions by now? That death figure should 100k

200,000 have it thats 0.00002857142% of the worlds population, 9,000 deaths that's 0.00000128571 of the worlds population

Out of all those deaths 99% of them have underlying heath conditions

Its the biggest hoodwink in history
